16/01/2011 - Lets get going !!!

First issue was the instruction tell you to rivet up the gussets and forward fuselage ribs to the firewall before assembly...no way I was taking it apart again.  So peeling back the skin it is possible to do the necessary with the firewall attached:

Gusset rivets to the firewall first as well as the nut plates.

Then the two small clips for the strengtheners

I had to take off the floor skin to torque the bolts

Then the floor stiffeners were put back in and riveted back up

Then came the fiddly bit attaching the now white powder coated fuel tank brackets.

Then the floor could be clecoed back on
